The Domino Effect

A fun and playful clock made of domino tiles.

We've all loved playing this vintage game of thumb-sized tiled numbers. But today we play Domino of a different kind.

In this DIY, we stack these domino tiles in a circular fashion by using each number tile as a corresponding number to the digits of the clock. To make this super fun clock, all we need is a wall clock, some paint color of our choice and a set of dominoes of course.

To start off with, neatly paint the clock uniformly. After it dries we need to stick the domino tiles. It's best to put first the 12 and then in it opposite side place the 6. Then in between in the right side put the 3 and thus with opposite placements we'll get all our tiles neatly and appropriately placed.

In just 2 simple steps, our playful clock is ready. It would look great for a kid’s room or even in your study.

Happy times are ready to tick by - a sweeping domino effect I say.

Clip it, Frame it

An adorable personalized picture gift for an adorable 1 year old.

We made a pretty picture collage for the cutest little baby - Anaya. Her aunt wanted to gift her a memorable 1st birthday gift.  So we put in all the sweet-naughty memories of little Anaya over the past one year in a clothes-line fashioned picture frame.

With the theme of a pastel carnival we created various elements and pictures that were associated to the birthday girl: from her love for dance to her use of gibberish words.

When all the elements were put together it did make a pretty collage. And with every passing year when the little one grows up, there's room to replace the old memories with new loving ones.

The Perfume Bar

It’s been a week full of first time's and here comes one more. We were asked to make giveaways for a very close friend’s Mehendi function. After much thought, we zeroed down on the idea for gifting perfumes. But this had to be done with a twist. Why not make it an activity for the guests.

A perfume is a combination of 3 notes; Base note, Middle note and Top note. Making a perfume is a simple process of mixing all the 3 notes. We set up a counter of five fragrances under each note and put up posters to explain the mixing process. All the guests had to do, is follow the instructions which would help them create their own perfume. Each bottle was then packed in a sack and tagged with the wedding label.
To be honest, this was the Bride’s idea and her guests totally enjoyed this experience. It was a unique way to personalize the gifts. Thank you Hiral for your faith in us. Congratulations to the beautiful couple. Stay blessed.
